Breath work, restorative yoga asana, yoga nidra (guided meditation)
This practice is designed so that you can take some time out to res, unwind, breathe and restore. Lauren & Emily will hold space for you to explore your breath, and how it facilitates the mind body connection, deepening a sense of relaxation. We will explore a range of gentle restorative movements to aid the release of unnecessary tension and to help you embody the space that you live in. The practice will be sealed with a guided meditation, easing you into a deeper state of relaxation where you'll bathe in the beautiful sound of the crystal sound bowls.
As sessions coincide with the new moon there will be an opportunity for you to set intentions and write your own personal affirmations to focus for the following moon cycle.
